AI Surface Drives Performance Upgrades

PROPELLER ADAPTERS

PROPELLER ADAPTERS

Arneson now makes an adapter kit to mate a Mercury #6 Speedmaster Propeller to an #6 or #8 19-tooth Spline shaft. Thus increasing propeller selection. Fits the Mercury #3 and #4 drives also. This greatly opens the door to a wider selection of propellers and allows the user to purchase the newest design propellers made today.

#8 THRUST TUBE UPGRADE

#8 THRUST TUBE UPGRADE

Arneson Industries now offers a longer #8 Thrust Tube Assembly for improved propeller shaft trim angles. This longer Thrust Tube Assembly can reduce trim angles by 2 degrees. Can be purchased with a single rudder or with our dual rudder option. Can be used with standard Arneson Steering or with a rudder, has the same trim cylinder mounts as the BPM.

#8 Mechanical Tie Bar Mount for Catamaran Applications

#8 Mechanical Tie Bar Mount for Catamaran Applications

Arneson Industries has developed a Mechanical Tie Bar Assembly system for the Arneson #8-6 Drop Box Drive Units. The system incorporates the use of a Mechanical Tie Bar Assembly, A new Thrust Tube Design, an improved steering geometry and a mechanical mount to raise the tie bar above the tunnel height for applications on catamaran boats. This design keeps the AI Surface Drives parallel during their Steering Trim movement.

What Arneson Industries Can Do For You
Reliability, Very few moving parts means very few things go wrong.
Efficiency, Very low parasitic drag means more of your engines HP going to the water.
Speed, Low drag design means the boat is getting maximum efforts of your engine horse power.
Fuel Mileage, With a 30% speed increase, you can go 30% faster at the same engine rpm which translates into better fuel mileage for your boat.
Lower Maintenance, With fewer moving parts than conventional propulsion systems, typical maintenance is down to 200 hour oil changes and electrolysis anode replacements.
